These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of SPacademy’s Website, located at spacademy.co.uk and its sub-domains there in.

By accessing this website you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use SPacademy if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

SPacademy reserves the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove the whole or part of the Terms of Service at any time.

If we make any material changes to these Terms of Service, we will notify you by posting a notice on the SPacademy website before the changes are effective. Your continued use of following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes.

If, after the Terms of Service and/or the Privacy Policy have been altered, you do not agree to their terms, you must stop using the Site.

If you are under 13 years please do not attempt to register for membership or send any information about yourself to the SPacademy, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. If it comes to our attention that we have unknowingly gathered information from a person under the age of 13, we will delete that information immediately.

Term of use

When using  SPacademy site you agree to not:

  1. Use or attempt to use another member’s account. Under no circumstances will this be permitted.
  2. Bypass any measure put in place to prevent or restrict access to any portion of the Site or any other service operated, owned and managed by SPacademy.
  3. Interfere with or damage in any way the operation of the Site, by any means, including uploading viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code.
  4. Use any robot, spider, data miner, crawler, scraper or other automated means to access the Site to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Site.
  5. Reverse engineer, dissemble, decompile or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of all or any part of the Site, SPacademy Facebook page or any related webhosted service administered, managed and owned by SPacademy.
  6. Collect contact information from the Site, Facebook or any other related service administered, managed and owned by SPacademy for the purpose of sending emails, unwarranted messages or for the benefit of any third party.
  7. Post, upload or distribute any defamatory, slanderous or inaccurate user content or any other form of content.
  8. Post, upload or distribute any user content that is unlawful, offensive, pornographic, harassing, threatening, racist, hateful or otherwise inappropriate.
  9. Impersonate any person or entity, falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself and your age, or create a false identity on the Site.
  10. Upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make publicly available any private information of any third party, including addresses, phone number, email addresses, credit card numbers etc.
  11. Solicit personal information from anyone under 18 or solicit passwords or personal information for commercial or unlawful purposes.
  12. Upload, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, viruses, malware, bots, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

Registering at SPacademy

  1. You need to register to use SPacademy for Membership is required
  2. Parents are required to sign up an account for their son/daughter.
  3. SPacademy expects that the information you provide to be true, accurate, current and complete. If the original information provided upon initial sign-up changes after this time, it is your obligation to update and correct it. If any information provided by you is not true, accurate, current or complete, SPacademy maintains the right to terminate your Membership and refuse any current or future access or use of the Site.
  4. Please exercise maximum caution to keep your username and password confidential and log-off from Site when your session is complete to prevent unauthorised access to your information. If your username or password is subject to unauthorised access, you should immediately inform SPacademy.
  5. Upon registering Solved will be sent a confirmation email confirming that you are a Member of the Site. You will have your own Member’s account, with an account management page, which will contain details of any Membership(s) that you have purchased and your account settings.
  6. For security purposes, each Member’s account can only be accessed on one device at a time. You can access the Site from a maximum of five devices within a 30-day period.  If you exceed this number, your account may be terminated
  7. You may cancel your Membership at any time but under no circumstances will SPacademy provide a refund of any payment(s)
  8. SPacademy monitor all Members’ usage of the Site and we do not permit Members to share their login details.
  9. SPacademy may terminate or suspend your account if we
    • believe you have shared your account with another student, person or entity or
    • believe that you have breached any of the Terms of Service or
    • are unable to verify the accuracy or validity of any information provided by you; or
    • suspect fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity by you or
    • believe that you have logged into the Site on more than five devices within a given 30-day period

Tuition Fees Payments

  1. To access the Premium services, a user must pay the tuition fees;
  2. SPacademy reserves the right to make any changes at any time to the amount, structure or timing of any charges and/or payments for any of the tuition fees plan.
  3. You may pay tuition fees according to our available invoices online, by the payment platform available in SPacademy
  4. You will be required to renew your tuition fee payment once the fee period you chose is over, otherwise your child will not be able to access their dashboard to log in to a lesson. 
  5. The tuition fees invoices includes weekly, fortnight and monthly. If you choose to pay for several months, get in touch with SPacademy accounts department.
  6. You may cancel your by just not renewing your payment or by contacting SPacademy customer support team.
  7. A valid payment method, including credit card or debit card, is required to process the payment for your tuition fees. You shall provide SPacademy with accurate and complete billing information including your full name and details of a valid payment method. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize SPacademy to charge all Subscription amount through your account to any such payment instruments

Site Maintenance

Whilst SPacademy will try to provide you with uninterrupted access to the Site and the Contents, we may need to withdraw, modify, discontinue or temporarily or permanently suspend one or more aspects of the Site, e.g. if the site is experiencing technical difficulties. However, SPacademy will try, wherever possible, to give reasonable notice of its intention to do so.

SPacademy reserves the right to withhold, remove, alter, amend and/or discard any content on the Site, including content made available to you as a Member, for any reason with or without notice at any time.

Refund

We do not offer refunds on tuition fees made through the Site. We make arrangement to do a make up lesson if the lesson was missed was our responsibility. If you child misses a lesson without prier arrangement with their subject tutor, then no refund will be done. 

Blocked user’s payment will not be refunded as being considered a loss to our precious time based on our privacy policy

Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing SPacademy, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the SPacademy’s Privacy Policy.

Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.

Unless otherwise stated, SPacademy and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on SPacademy. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from SPacademy for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish solved papers from SPacademy
  • Sell, rent or sub-license solved papers from SPacademy
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy solved papers from SPacademys
  • Redistribute content from SPacademy

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. SPacademy does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of SPacademy, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, SPacademy shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

SPacademy reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.
